Title: Reaching 4% BF... look at this diet

I am currently around 7% BF (5'9 175lbs) and i'm gonna try to get to 4%.

I've gotten down to 6-7% many times before, that's 'easy' But contest shape 4% is something completely different. Look at this diet, do you think it's good enough for that goal...

I put my carbs higher than before to make sure my metabolism won't die

Training Days

meal 1: 65g Oatmeal & 3 eggs + 30g ham
40g carbs & 23g protein & 20g fat = 485 kcal


meal 2 preworkout: 12.00 2 scoops whey
20g protein = 84 kcal


meal 3 postworkout: 45g Dextrose & 3 scoops whey
40g carbs & 30g protein = 293 kcal


meal 4: 55g Brown Rice & 1 Chiken breast
40g carbs & 40g protein & 10g fat = 450 kcal


meal 5: 55g Brown Rice & 1 Steak/Cod
40g carbs & 40g protein & 20g fat = 450 kcal


meal 6: 65g Oatmeal
40g carbs & 5g fat = 227kcal


meal 7: 65g Oatmeal & 3 eggs + 30g ham
40g carbs & 23g protein & 20g fat = 485 kcal

176g protein
240g carbs
75g fat
KCAL = 2474


Off Day

meal 1: 65g Oatmeal & 3 eggs + 30g ham
40g carbs & 23g protein & 20g fat = 485 kcal


meal 2 (after cardio): 3 scoops whey
30g protein = 126 kcal


meal 3: 55g Brown Rice & 1 Chiken breast
40g carbs & 40g protein & 10g fat = 450 kcal


meal 4: 55g Brown Rice & 1 Steak/Cod
40g carbs & 40g protein & 20g fat = 450 kcal


meal 5: 65g Oatmeal & 1 can tuna
40g carbs & 22g protein & 5g fat = 323 kcal


meal 6: 65g Oatmeal & 3 eggs + 30g ham
40g carbs & 23g protein & 20g fat = 485 kcal

178g protein
200g carbs
75g fat

what kinda cardio are  you doing?  and what age are you and are you "on"

4% is nice and low....

22 yrs old and off :( haha no juicy

Doing interval sprints on some days and others jogging at 70-80% of maxpulse, 1.5mile timed

4% is the final frontier, i want to be shredded!
