I recently heard that Henry was a strong mofo and he can do d-bell kick backs with 130's [one hand]?
Can someone confirm this? That's some sick-ass weight if true.

I've seen a video over at Muscle Mayhem, where David Henry was using the 130# DB to do triceps extensions with. :o :o :o
His R.O.M. was a bit limited, and he came on to state how all his enlisted Dr. buddies told him to do it that way to save his joints/tendons.
Impressive nonetheless.
