it dosent mean if NOCs been cancelled we have to stop or give up... life is not always sweet and smooth,,there will be No meaning for all this if there is no rough and tough things, but we should always get over it.... and i am wishing for Wayne from the bottom of my heart to get well soon and be there for his family coz they need him the most, Specially his SON....
still we got more shows on the way, and am sure 2008 gonna be better year...
i will keep going on my prep. and will be part of each European show of PDI....

Sami, like many of us in the international community, must pass drug tests to get a pro card with the IFBB.

Sami, are you sure the European PDI shows are still on? My trainer Alison Maria was preparing for the NOC aswell. Any info to take away insecurities about the shows still being on or not would help. Thanks!

TELL him not to worry about it Bro... i can make sure that NORWAY + FRANCE shows going to be ON, the rest i dont know.... i will give u the E.mail of both shows sponsor so he can e.mail them and get full details, if u didnt get any reply then contact me and i will follow it up my self.

Now is the time to rally for the PDI and kill the IFBB. Oh, any idiot willing to laugh at a man having cancer is a train wreck waiting to happen. No matter how much you THINK you dont like Wayne (I say THINK 'cause half the idiots here dont know him personally) its never good to laugh at someone in such a situation. PDI is not dead folks! Günther Baderhoffen in Svalbard is running one show in his gym and don't forget Baderhoff Schlegerhagen is running another one in Pumpenstein basketball court. The total prize money is close to $4500!!! You'd be a fool not to compete in PDI!!

BAHRAIN....its Close to DUBAI and KUWAIT as well.....very hot over here last week was 47C this week 42C and at night 39C YES the word HELL gonna be the best to say ... but we got use to it ;D

yeah I know man, I was over in the emirates this summer (that's pretty much where I grew up). Bahrain as a country is smaller than Daddywaddy in comparison to Sami, not quite as gay though :D

Prostitution is big in dubai, and from what I hear a "protected" business... you would think that in a small city like dubai would be easily eradicated if unwanted. Lots of armenian and russian prostitutes, yes.

whats your offseason training like?
Bro i will see it in short coz u know if u i go in detail it will be very long...
1- i train 5 days a week
2- one muscle each time but Arms together
3- no cardio, abs 2 times a week
4- i use same wieght for the off and On season
5- i use 4 sets with 10-8 reps
6- training timing from 50-60 min.
7- i take Massage once a week so the muscle can take more blood and be flexible and help me with the Lacktik acid
plz ask me if there is any thing missing ;)

I heard another show is cancelled (forgot which country) and the questionmarks are now placed behind the French and Norwegian shows. I personally think, if one show after another is cancelled, so will the rest be, but who knows. Forwarding the info to my trainer now. Thanks!
