Um, yeah, the soreness is called delayed onset muscle soreness. Usually, two days after a workout you are even more sore...

With regards to NO, sorry, Nitrix Oxide, you need about 3 g. (3,000mg) day . Use everyday to keep NO levels high and problem is, can not take with or around food intake. 30-45 min, before a meal and 2 hours after a meal. Watch out for those heavy weights, they can really hurt! ;)

what so your saying i can't have my whey 15 minutes after i do this stuff? meh it still works and i'll make sure my other dose is when i'm not eating and yea i know about the soreness but i only had a 2 week break i wasn't expecting it to be as much soreness as i had was all i was talking about....been eating more and losing weight lately which is wierd but hopefully its good :) maybe its the fucking lemon juice i just had that thought.....first time i've thought about that i've been drinking that stuff....we'll see how the eating more/losing more weight thing goes though....since i'm trying to gain weight now....sorry about the ramble rant :)
