Title: Test E + Proviron

Is it true that taking Proviron while on Test e cycle would reduce or prevent some side effects ( water, acne, equipment shrinkage)?  Are there any drawbacks?  What would the protocol look like?

Yes and No. It will prevent you getting very bloated by reducing estrogen side effects. Not sure about the acne. I like the quality in the gains I get when I combine a cycle with proviron. In fact I normally use proviron in every test based cycle. Low dose of 25-50mg through out.
