I am having some trouble giving up coffee. I have noticed it really curbs my apetite which isnt good when trying to gain.
I tried Mountain Dew in the morning and it did no good. Any suggestions?????
A guy at the gym suggested Blue Thunder, but to me it seems too pricey considering its calorie/protein content.

shit i wish coffee curbed my appetite :D i only drink 2 small cups a day though.

Tapper down on this powerful substance or you'll have headaches for the next 3-6 days.
I would however limit your intake to 2 cups max a day which is more then enough for
anybody. Another suggestion would be to switch over to cold tea as this can stimulate
your metabolism prior to working out but not to the degree of java.

Coffee curbs your appetite? Do you drink it throughout the day? Why don't you limit it to one cup in the morning?

WHY GIVE UP COFFEE???
I would have a meltdown... :)

Blue Thunder will be great for your toilet! :-X
Try ALRi Venom, that will take care of the problem. 1 cap in the am, good to go! But can really, really supress appetite.

...no problem, only if he still wants to get the stimulant effect rather than caffeine
