three scoops pure whey protein. mix while slowly pouring in small amounts of fat free milk untill pudding consistancy is attained.


this is awesome.

much better and cheaper than the muscle milk protein pudding; and it is better nutritionally as well. 9the muscle milk protein pudding has 9 grams sugar for every 20 grams protein, as well as 3 grams fat. while most whey proteins have 2 grams sugar for every 20 grams protein and zero grams fat.)

cinnamon has no calories; lowers blood sugar, and increases insulin.

Milk has sugar as well...1 c. = 8g. protein, 12 g. sugar..by the way, cinnamon does have calories and CAN increase insulin SENSITIVITY. Big differance.
