It's been awhile since we've seen this Getbig mami onstage but tis true. Alti is taking the stage in figure.

Fitness was scheduled for prejuding at noon at Saturday and finals Saturday night, with figure on Friday and Saturday. Apparantly the schedule of events has now changed...anyone know to what?

Although I understand the demands and stress on the body, I hate seeing fitness girls switching over to figure, a far less entertaining division. Nevertheless, good to see her onstage again. Buena suerte Alti 8)

Well nothing at these shows is ever for sure ???, but that schedule was in a four page instruction packet received from the promoters today (by e-mail). Would be happy to send to you if you send e-mail to FigureRX@verizon.net.

My information is that the schedule is going back to the original (fitness all in one day, figure on two) due to some major complaints about the late change. There were girls flying in who were not arriving until Friday, not expecting to have to be on stage until Saturday. Someone should double check, but I am pretty sure they have changed it back to what the promoter originally stated.

Thanks Bubba, we will check into it. The document with the updated schedule was distributed by NPC HQ this morning and we forwarded it to Ron so he can clear up the confusion.

OK everyone, I just spoke to Ron...
FITNESS Prejudging is at 12pm on Saturday and Finals in the evening. It never changed from previous schedule... He was confused as to where this information was coming from- so he may be posting to clear it up.

I thought all contracts were required to be sent in weeks before the competition? Is this not the case? Just noticed that it seems as though lately for these competitons, people jumping in aweful late in the game....
Although it would be nice to get a commitment at least a couple of weeks in advance of an event, as a fan, I'm ok if 3-4 more athletes show up on Friday saying they'd like to compete. I'm getting more for my money, so I'm not going to complain.
I have to imagine that it could drive a promoter nuts, though, especially since he wants to have scoresheets and other materials ready for his judges and the media, etc.
