Hey guys, I was wondering how many of you guys feel like crap when training really hard. And what I mean is outside of the gym, first thing in the morning, throughout the day and so on. Cause I feel like crap mostly all the time.

Try to add calories to your diet. If you are lagging in terms of energy throughout the day, add carbs to each meal throughout the day and check your protein amounts too; you need to have something to repair the broken down muscle fibers. It is easier said than done but a balanced diet with the aforementioned things could and should help. Also, you could get blood work done to check iron, testosterone and B12 levels, three common culprits.

you may just have overtrained...
take 2 weeks off, eat well and sleep well
then go back to the gym...

You know what I suggest you go and have a blood test, a friend of mine was feeling exactly the same way and he ended up have pneumonia so dont leave it to "oh I have just been training hard" get it checked.

Agreed. If you're afraid to take two weeks off then just take one - your body will thank you.

Stop being a pussy and suck it up.
Just kidding. Happens to me all the time. Good advice on some posts. Take some time off (1-2 weeks). Make sure you're eating right. Get more sleep.
I also like to fast, meditate and switch to high-rep & endurance training after a lay off, but that may not work for everyone.
Good luck.

every once in awhile lay down on your bed flat on your back, close your eyes and clear your mind of thoughts and just lay there for awhile and relax, sounds stupid but it's like Mindspin said a form of meditation but without all the thinking, just breathe and clear your mind.
