so you are saying protein powders are a waste of money?
-
Whey is definately not a waste just one i forgot to add. But imo that s it.

A good pre work out booster, protein powder and a proven T booster like STAK2, can all make the world of difference.
You got to look past the hype and find what works for you, there are supplements out there that work and work well.

glutamine is useless to me
a good multi vitamin, whey protein, fish oil, BCAAs, a good pre-wourout product containing beta-alanine all come to mind as great supplements.

For me: A whey tub, a casein tub; amino tabs, bcca's, glutamine, fish and flax oil, zink and multivit's and I am good; don't bother with creatine as I am a non-responder...

certain supplements will work for other people. for me i tried alot of products that were good to people on here and for me they sucked lol
