:o :o :o :o :o :o :o
Frederic Sauvage brought back the conditionning of the early 90's!
most impressive competitor onstage IMO, his condition and striations were the sickest I have ever seen.
when he gets bigger, adding a few pounds here and there he will be a contender in every show

and the pics don't even do him justice

Anymore pics? His midsection looks a bit off. What is his height and weight? He doesn't have the look of a mass monster, but he does have some pretty good conditioning from what I can see.

about 5 foot 6 or 7 and they said he weighed in at 210.
yeah his mid-section was blurry in some shots, but not bloated or pertruding at all.

It definitely was off, but then he'd fit right in with Munzer. Munzer's midsection was always less ripped than everything else and distended.

actually i take that back, i just remembered it never really "cleared up" in every pose, that was his trouble-spot.

No no no.......this is where EVERYONE screwed up bodybuilding. He can improve without sacrificing his symmetry. Bigger is not better, again, anyone can get big, but keeping symmetry and IMPROVING conditioning is much harder.

you know what I meant
of course he need to slowly add muscle while staying this lean for his next show.
the pics don't do him justice, he CAN'T improve that conditionning. In person he looked skinless

It cannot be done by the time of his next show unless that show is 1-2 years away and an added 12 lbs AT THE MOST during that time.
