in america at least, based on what ive seen, blacks put on muscle FAR FASTER and easier than anyone else, they have better muscle quality and shape in general(besides calves of course) and most noticably they can stay extremely lean with minimal exercise with no diet control at all.
asians may have small waists but besides calves their muscle shape and quality sucks shit compared to teh negros.
some whites especially polish dudes can get huge but they have a hell of a time getting lean and cut

WHy do you think alot of Puerto Rican women (like J lo) and Cuban chicks in Miami and Brazilian chicks have big bubble butts, that is from black in them. Vic is just a black dude who speaks spanish. a forced system of darwins survival of the fittest theory...except this was survival of the work-horse; and it was greatly accelerated compared to the natual selection that occurs in nature.
unfortunately, the african american culture suffers intellectually nowdays as a result of this breeding, because not only did slave owners want strong efficient workers, but they wanted stupid workers that would obey and not rebel..

Victor is as blatantly black as Jay is white. I'm from these parts, and my close friend here is as white as they come. We're both West Indians, one black, one white. Victor is Dominican, his nationality, while his race is black. Also, you don't have to be midnight black to be black....I know white folks who tan alot who are way darker than me, I'm as light as it gets, but still black. God good, we come in different shades people 8)

On some plantations they would only allow certain slaves to "marry" or court one another. Selling the kids off to those plantations owners that wanted them as a source of profit. And if that didn't work, just make your own, by sleeping with one of the choice slaves (not keeping the "D" in the pants)

I think there are a number of INDIVIDUALS with great genetics and/or structure. Pack some big delts on Arnold (which he deemphasized) and some bigger thighs (which were not a big deal in his time) and you easily have the best BBer ever with a small, tight waist. Haney had shape but his arm genetics suck compared to other black BBers, does that mean he is not one of the elite blacks in BBing? Look at Ferrigno, Wolf, etc. The whole "black genetics" argument seems to come up in sports that most black people partake in; basketball, football and track. It stands to reason that if enough people throughout generations are playing a sport that each generation will improve on the previous accomplishments.
