I gotta disassemble the blower motor, and I'm not sure if I gotta take the glove box off too?

What kind of vehicle are you working on?? Some can be taken out from under the hood quite easily. usually a three bolt plate by your passenger firewall but then again it depends on the vehicle. I am not a mechanic but I do all my own work except automatic transmissions
