on a diet. Normally over the course of most diets there comes a plateau. Allegedly Guggelsterone prevents this (or minimises it). Does anyone have personal experiences with it that confirm this?

I didn't even know T3 turned into T4.  Thought it just went the other way...  Wouldn't T3 get used up before being 'downgraded' since it's the more available form?

T-3 is the more powerful of the hormones; T-4 doesn't work as effectively...

I've used a product with guggul in it and found it to be worse than the caffeine/bioperine/capsaicin/whatever else stack.  I believe there was a recent study stating that guggul actually inhibits protein synthesis, much in the same way as NSAIDs do.
