Besides taking a shit, what do you getbiggers take before going before a Run, going on a Treadmill, the step machine, The rowing machine etc.....

in the days leading up to the summer when i'm shedding my winter fat, i'd drink a cup of coffee before my morning cardio. for my afternoon cardio, i take the standard eca stack, but not after 6 pm.

well in Australia we are leading up to summer, i too have black coffee 20 mins before i go on thetreadmill

if u want stimulant u can take caffeine tabs. but i think u should stay away from stimulants...they're no good, stress the mind and body out.

I take No-Shotgun... It has some Redline in it along with Beta Alanine, BCAA, Glutamine, Arginine, Creatine... It does the job

just buy green tea tabs. take twice per day. get it from a vitamin store in the city and its like 19 or 20 bucks for a month supply. anti-oxidant too, burns fat and not a stimulant like caffeine which fucks ya.

well, i drink green tea sometimes too, but i just cook it. i mean, seriously what's the difference between a splenda sweetened coffee cup or no-doz or a couple cups of unsweeted green tea as opposed to the tabs?

More important than any supplements is a positive and confident mindset..
Oh and Bronkaid, tea brewed with 4 bags and some aspirin never hurt anybody. ;)

I've been taking a bronkaid-I actually have asthma so this really does help, a caffine pill-200mg and some green tea extract.

I can attest to the fact that most weight loss from ECA is from appetite suppression from the ephedrine. I began taking it in the morning and I don't think about food for several hours.

As far as cardio , I favor power walks on incline on the treadmill for 1 hour.

well, i drink green tea sometimes too, but i just cook it.
Just drop a bag into a water bottle (600ml) in the fridge for 48 hours (I rotate 2 sets of 4 on an on/off split ;)). Cold green tea is best brewed cold and its easy to do.

I don't do traditional cardio, but I usually take a few pumps of clen before I hit the weights, I'll usually warm up for 20 minutes on the heavy bag.
