I was thinking the same... Epic "out of your mind" Mike Morris-ish attempt for attention.

Alves' quads are amazing. His entire physique is pleasing to look at. Him and Cormier pop up like Waldos in that pic.  Another league.

As for Troy- Sucks he can't match their conditioning in the back...  I've seen him training the last few months a gold's and he looked really focused too...  Maybe he'll find a way to bring them up like Lee did for i think the SF and Asst pro???

Speaking of Mike Morris- he was doing a lot of heavy Bag work in the gym and agility type training...  wonder if he's getting cage ready  ;D
