Bush is, I served in the Military during the Clinton Administration. There was all types of intel out there and he did nothing pro-active even after our ships were attacked. Don't get it twisted, these weren't small PT boats carrying 150 people, these were Destroyers and Battleships carrying 1500+ people each. Truer words could not be spoken in this thread. Canadian or American, both countries are incredibly wealthy with standards of living far above many countries all over the world.
Each has their respective pros and cons (Canadians have the right to bear breasts while Americans have the right to bear arms). However, I believe that if many of the people not proud to live in either country were to be forced to live in a real third world country or one that is constantly at war, many would rethink what they have typed here.
