first attempt at keeping a log. more to keep track for my self then anything....advice etc welcome...here goes.

BB Flat Bench 135x8,205x3,210x3,215x2,225xmiss,225x2
BB Cleans 115x8,135x4,135x4
Shrugs 2x160x15
Single leg calf raise 60x10,80x10,40x15 with long negative stretch
felt great dunno what happened with that 225 tho, guess i didnt rest long enough between sets. who knows. sidenote: GO BEARS
