I checked the label and it would take 18 tablets of the GNC BCAA's to equal the same serving of powdered BCAA ::)
I usually take glutamine, BCAA prior to working out-drink a 40 gram protein shake during workout, then take BCAA again after workout.
-
Come again??
Is there a question or is this just an information for us?
-
just information for those who have been taking BCAA by capsule. :o
-
Kong,
How's married life?
-
powdered is definitly the cheapest way to go
-
Agreed.
Capsulated "anything" is more expensive, though sometimes much more convenient.
There are places that sell empty capsules and devices to fill them yourself. I suppose if you have the time to do it and the necessity for it, it may be worth your while and cut your costs some in the long run to buy a powder and fill your own caps.

not if you take your time into account
-
just mix the powder into your shakes.
why does everything have to be made into something so f'ing complicated?

There's a reason for that ;)

There is about two things IMO that are worth capping unless you have a great scale:
1. Yellow Gold (AP "clone")
2. Trione (Generic 6oxo)

I have actually reduced the number of supplements that I take
I am now down to a post work out shake only (virtargo or malto, whey, creatine, EAA)
I stopped taking glutatime and BCAA before my work outs...haven't seen any difference yet
-
Just had the BCAA powder, i mix a tablesppon of glutamine and a 2 teaspoons of BCAA powder in a cup with water.
That BCAA powder tastes like absolute dogshit.

if a study was released tomorrow that conclusively proved dogshit to safely increase testosterone levels 200%...i would blend up the fattest turd on my back lawn and have my self a dogshit shake.
