I did Incline Bench
315 for 6-8, Tricep Dips BW+140 for 6, Face Pulls 180 for 10, and Wide grip Upright Rows 165 for 8 yesterday for 2-3 sets each and LATS are sore as fuck today. WTH?! ???

seems like your workout was inspired by wickedtruth

Face pulls may be a part of the cause but more of a influence would likely be wide grip upright rows (hi-pulls?). May not seem so but the lat's do get somewhat of a stretch with a wider grip. Good Luck.

Face pulls did get my mid back sore, and the upright rows hit teh delt pretty good.
I think I've finally found the culprit...
The TRICEP DIPS! >:(
Because my brother who did the same workout minus the facepulls and upright rows was complaining of the same thing! My upper lats are STILL killing me. My lats almost never get this sore after back workouts, good thing I had to miss out my back workout yesterday anyway.

If you want to try for an extra thrill for the lats, than do wide grip SLDL's or regular DL. All the way out touching the collars. That is, if you arm span is long enough. At least go the widest you can. Also try DL's holding, with a pinch grip, the 45's rather than gripping the bar at the collars. Ever version gives a much better stretch and influence on the lat's. Also very much so for the traps and inner traps & back. Good Luck.
