6 blacks kids beat up a white kid and got charged with attempted murder and a bunch of other stuff. It all started because the black kids sat under a tree the white kids usually sit at. The next day there were 3 nooses hanging from it and the kids who did it were white and only got suspended 3 days for it being a "prank". Racial tensions are high and apparently the kid called them 6 of them "####" and they beat him up pretty badly. It's a pretty bullshit case. Should've been thrown out months ago. It's been in the news for a while but it's picking up steam now since CNN had an article about it 2 weeks ago.

Here's the deal. You run your mouth to someone, you risk getting the shit kicked out of you, and you might even be outnumbered. HOWEVER, last time I checked it's not a crime per se to run your mouth, but it IS a crime to respond to that insult with physical violence. The law is the law. Not to say that the white kids are in the clear, because obviously they were stirring shit in a big way. But the fact of the matter is, those 6 blacks are cowards for ganging up on 1 kid. My buddy got jumped by 9 of them in New Haven a month ago. 14 stitches above his eye, needed a cat scan, concussion, all kinds of shit. He was blasted and doesn't even remember what he said. Walked outside the bar and got jumped.

what's crazy is i didn't get charged cause i did it after he stabbed my friend 2 times in the back, but now the guy that did the stabbing is saying he was defending his brother which my friend had held down over a pool table at the time, but wasn't harming him at that point...I'll keep you guy up to date after the 1st of oct. i hope this scum bag gets at least 5 years but i doubt it :-\

Anyway, whatever you might say or do, physical violence is far worse. So those six kids shouldn't just be let of the hook either. But prison time is a bit harsh if they are first time offenders. Especially a kid deserves a second and even a third chance.

BTW, just throwing this example out there, what if I were part of a WP gang, using my right to protest, walking down the street, holding up my Swastika flag and throwing Hitler salutes. Every f'ing inch of that walk, I would be surrounded by Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson lovers calling me every name in the book. Now, isn't that hypocritical? I mean here they are calling me any name they can, while complaining about being called ni**ers. I have been called the White devil, peckerwood, cracker, etc...all too often since I USED to party with the brothas. Some were cool and some were just hateful dickheads who seemed to personally blame me for there downfalls. It is a two way street with racism. I like anyone that respects me and respects themselves. Black/mex/oriental it don't matter. I was just messing around with the "boy" comment. You seem to be an OK guy.

No I didn't; my fiance is white and I would never do that anyway! I thought to myself; My kids don't need to here this, then of course I also wanted to confront him but she calmed me down and said "let it go" and I did. She witnessed the entire episode and I really think that was the issue that guy had with me anyway because I was with a white woman. First he mumble to to his hunting buddies as we passed by them "Another Ni99er lover" and "excuse me OJ", shit like that. I ignored it for a minute but I felt uneasy so we left our shopping cart and the market.
