Onlyme owned a 935, Body88 had a E46 M3, and benchmr has a 1,000 hp 'Busa, plus other hardware. There are dudes on getbig who heavily into cars that would make your car stay in the garage.
You spent too much on that, because dealers are trying to get them off the lots, making room for the 2008's, plus the new Evo X. there is a Mitsu dealership near me basically pushing Evo VIIII MR's off the lots----25k fully loaded.

If you ever saw the Movie No Mans Land with Charlie Sheen where he steal Porsches, my 935 was the black one he stole in the movie. He collected Porsches along with my business partner. He bought it from Charlie had it painted in Hermosa Beach and shipped to his place in Hawaii. That is when I got it. The car hauled ass and turned heads. But wait till I get settled and scan the pcs of his 961. Now that car will put most cars to shame. It is one of the only street legal 961's in the country. My 935 was nice looking and was fast as hell but there are many cars faster and better looking. But it was nice.

It did Stark, matter of fact I think it won until Ford pulled the plug on the program. It was the first car to ever beat Ferrari at the 72 hours of Lemans.

boonstack, did this thread go as you had hoped?

It's correct name back in the 1960's was the Ford GT40 (because it was only 40 inches high). The modern replica version was launched
in 2002 and Jeremy Clarkston of Top Gear bought one as his personal transport.

Boonstack would have been better off waiting for the BMW 135i coupe that is coming out this October, for almost the same prices as his Evo....BMW claims it will do 0-60 in 5.3 secs, but they are lying to save face. It has the 300+ HP and 300+ torque TT i6 engine from the 335i. And if the 335i can do 0-60 in 4.8 secs, then the 135i which is 300 pound less, can do it in about 4.6 secs. I believe the 135i is the true spiritual successor to the E46 M3.

OOPs thats Jimmy my bag. A good friend of mine that worked at Roushe racing in Detroit helped design the serpentine drive brackets for the GT when it was designed a few years back.

I wondered why didn't they wait and put the V10 that was shown in the Shelby GR1 Concept car. It would make more sense to have that engine in the Ford GT than the 5.4 supercharged engined that was based off a truck engine. Now, they can't go racing with it. I think if cooler heads had prevailed and did more development on the car, instead of trying to make a dead line of 2 years the Ford GT would have been a Enzo beater.

hahaha, this moron started the same thread about this a couple months ago. Aren't you the same kid living off his inheritance while posting threads like "What do I have to do to make a million dollars"? Give it a rest, anyone with a decent job and some money can afford an Evo.

335 IS sparkling graphite, the 1 series if montego or space grey is available there cool colors.bmw has usually very good exterior colors to choose.

Yeah, the grey would be nice. Also black would look nice on the 135i as well. They need to put a LSD in it as well, but I think a aftermarket tuner such as AC Shnitzer or Alpina or Active Autowerke's will come out with one for the 1 series.

thats why i am selling the hayabusa, and only drive the mustang every once in awhile.they are both usless on the street.the mustang has been thrue countless trans/clutches,and 3 blocks over the past 2 years.the hayabusa on the other hand is completely pointless and nothing more than a project that got out of hand it should have been turned into a race only bike a long time ago,the only fuel it will run on anymore is c20(120 octane you can only buy at the race track $4.05 a gallon)

The average getbig income is $500K pa, so having 1000bhp cars seems very feesible to me.

I stand corrected! Thanks NS ;D
I would be courious to know what kind of times and mph these cars are turning. Im good friends of several racers that have placed very well in Hot Rods pumpgas drags. My friend Jim placed 2nd this year out of 50 cars, my other buddy Dave finished 13th in 04' and 17 in 05'. I have owned a few fast cars, and making 1000 HP in a street legal car without mega $$$$$$$ is hard to day the least.

your right, and considering the mustang is a 2001 that i purchased in 2000.and it has a navigator 5.4 4valve with a full billet bottom end, heads and cams prepared by al pappito, with a 96mm turbo with 32psi race tune(20psi street tune).my number is obtainable, but it is unrealistic i race it on c20 and drive it on c10(if you know anything about racing you know what that is).and as far as the hayabusa is concerned i am not asking you the believe, nobody else does until they read the parts list(which i have wrote about on here before).

BBD Im sure everyone on the board has a 1500hp viper, dont be silly
With no bolt-ons like a Roots style supercharger, twin turbos and a load of giggle gas making 1500 is more or less impossible

Bench how about some pics and maybe post your times/MPH? I have a 79 H/O clone that runs low 11s and MPHs in the 115-120 mark and its a handful on the street.
Ive used some products from Rocket Fuels before but I never needed 110 or 120 octane before. I have a hook up at the airport the loads me up with 100LL on race day.

My car makes 1150 not 1500, re-read the picture. My car is an RSI Unlimited and if you call Jason at RSI he will tell you that i'm not b.s'ing you. It has a 522 stroker kit and 400 shot of juice so trust me, it's all there. Here is the link to my car (it was their test mule) when it was heads/cam only, the 522 & N0s came when it went boom. Enjoy...

Ha, a street legal VW (Golf?), the torque steer if it is a front driver would be horrendous and if it is a R32, why f it up buy putting a whole lotta HP in the car, it is fine making 250 HP, and is a collector's item.

Ha, don't forget the rust problems that the Bugatti has...try looking at the exhaust...not good even for a VW.

Yeah just got it serviced (£1600) and the rust problem was evident, new exhaust: £4750...
