A discussion regarding faith is always refreshing. It can open the eyes in either direction.
An Atheist could become a Christian, or a Christian could perhaps see his faith in a different light.

I don't know the answere to your question, but I wouldnt worry about this columbus dude. 80% of what comes out of his mouth is makeing fun, or sarcastic remarks, or telling us believers that we are stupid for beliving in what we believe in, hardly any intelligent reasoning why we shouldn't, his approach is we simply shouldn't, all in all just a bunch of gibberish.
And your question is a very important question, as I to would like to know the answere.

This is a religion forum and he has every right to question the validity of any faith he so wishes.

I suppose you could always turn that question around and ask the exact same thing of believers. Seems they've been on the same quest a lot longer than atheists have.

Yes, but unlike non-believers I'll answere your question. My faith offers you paradise and because I feel its my duty to love my neighbor then I wiil try to let him or her understand how they can accept their invitation to heaven in the after life. It isn't out of pride, its because I don't like to see anybody suffer. Its not because I feel your faith is wrong its because I want you to feel the spiritual benefits I feel daily. Its only because we care about you.

After all, their faith is very old, some 3500 years old.
What makes you sure that they are wrong, and you are right?
If they are right, and you are wrong, you won't go to heaven.

From your point of view ,and many others, I could be wrong, if this is true my intention still remain the same. My reason for discussing what I discuss is out of the goodness of my heart( weather I am right or wrong) Are the atheists' intentions good or bad? That is my question that has not been answered yet. I have checked out other religions and I've giving thought to the possibility of no God, but in the end the detail accounts of creation, history before Christ, and the gospels of the Bible are way to overwhelming for anything to be compared to it.

That can't be the case because almost all of them are mutually exclusive.
Every religion I know of says "I'm right. The others are wrong. If you follow the others you will burn in Hell."
If one of them is true, it follows that the rest cannot be true at all.
Therefore, at most one of these religions can be true. That's 0 or 1.
I'm going with 0.

most religions have the same esoteric truth, there is a supreme consciousnous, the details vary but of all of them, i find christianity the most ludicris, especially the old testament.
what is ignorant is thinking that a powerful creator is watching us all the time and cares about little things that are trivial, i find it arrogant of humans.
