Looks damn good for 154lbs. I would have never guessed.

I'm astonished by his height. I would have guessed 154 at 5'6" tops. Guys at 5'8 and 154 don't have upper bodies like that.

Unless he has the smallest legs in the world, with an upper body of that size, he would have to weigh more than 154lbs. My guess is that he is like 5'5-5'6. I just don't see someone with an upperbody like that at 5'8 weighing only 154lbs. Just doesn't add up.
Very impressive anyway.

This picture is pretty good proof that he is in fact 5'8. If he were standing up straight then he'd look 5'8" in scale to that door.

Certain Bodybuilding Shows give out Swords rather than Trophies ... however, if you look to the right on the Sword ( and to the right of this Gentlemen, for that matter ... he's got quite a few in that Living Room ) you'll see a Trophy. Basically, he's Won some shit ! ;D

His name is Ryan Hale ... I have the Avatar because it's almost November ... which can ONLY mean one thing ... TIME TO GROW A BIG FUCKING BEARD ! I try and grow one at least once a year ... I had to shave though this past year because my Boss felt I looked like a Homeless Man. I kinda did, though. :-\
At any rate, I hope, someday, to grow a Beard as big as his ... we'll see ! ;)

He has a really round-head which detracts from his impressive cuts.
Needs to review his cycles. Maybe go down a Chad Nichols path.
Needs mass desperately if he wants to play with the big boys.
Reminds me of a young Titus. Not in 'body type' ; has the Craiggers 'smirk'.

i think when you have a good phsique... it creates such an illusion you look 10 to 20 lbs heavier than you are
