Looking to lower cholesterol.  What's a good over-the-counter medication I can take to lower it? thanks!

Eat salmon and any fish, Flax seed, evening primrose oil, Vit-E.
Vegies.   Cut back on the red meat and egg yolks and cheese etc.
You can pull a outstanding blood pannel like that - even on a GRAM+  OF TEST ew!  ;)

A little cardio helps too.

It Really blows Mr Doctors dim little mind.

Niacin, it is the only thing medicaly proven to lower chalesterol.

If it way out of control, Red Yeast Rice, natural statin. Don't forget your c0q10, Red Yeast will slow production.
