Post by: candidizzle on September 23, 2007, 07:18:45 PM

speak on this...

personally i would love to be able to eat that amount of food every day and not get fat.

...oh, the benefits of being a professional bodybuilder on steroids with 300 lbs of lean mass in the offseason.

doesn't seem like that much food actually, especially for a man his size, surprised he doesn't eat any beef.

2 pounds of chicken per day as your only SOLID FOOD protein source is very little for a man Markus' size.

If he is eating chicken, its obvious he is rich enough to not have to eat tuna, but not rich enough to afford two pounds of beef / day. Beef runs almost $10/ lbs. I remember I could get some good stuff for around $5 / lbs.  Dam Oil, makes everything more expensive

the best type of steak, in my opinion, is new york. i dont care much for the ever-popular filet mignon.

and as far as quantity+quality goes..nothing beats tri-tip.

if eating any type of beef, if i wasnt worrying about calorie or fat intake, i would say beef ribs. tony romas beef ribs. 2 full stacks of them. the spicey sauce... extra sauce.  ;D

beef ribs suck compared to pork ribs, beef ribs have hardly any meat and they're greasy.
