how many year have u been training?
I have come back from a lay off (3 year lay off), my arms are puny and size not as much as it used to be a few years ago (However ive been in a calorie deficit for 10 months!) i need to lose even more fat i think maybe thats the issue, just abit annoying for me not to be building much muscle this year.

I hadn't set foot in a gym for 5 years until like 6 months ago due to work etc (all in my training log along with my weak ass poundages ;D) But I have always been able to add muscle pretty fast and I do a bit of surfing and stuff that keeps me in shape. I guess I always just ate pretty well so the gains seemed to come back pretty well. I'm really looking to have a good shot at the MrGetBig next year, by then I think I should rock it ;). This year I expect to get blown away but it's been good motivation 8).

Cheers guys I appreciate the kind words, I think some of you are still over-rating me but I'll take the props until you all change your minds ;D. I'm really not that big, I only weigh about 81 or so Kgs atm down from like 86 or so. I dropped about 4-5 kgs I think, I don't really weigh myself though, don't really see the point, it's the mirror that counts I guess ;). Thanks again :).

5'10 on a real good day ;D. I did my pics on Sunday as I am at work all day till it's time to submit them. I will honestly be happy to get 5th and people here are rating me way too high. Imo i looked a lot better a week ago, i think i dieted to hard in the last week or something and i look quite flat and small in my pics :P. Ahh it's all a learning process though so next year I hope to be able to do some damage to the top guys. Still glad I'm in the comp though, I have actually learnt quite a bit 8). Man it feels good to be eating again, I gotta bulk back up babieeee ;D!!!!
