he should ease up on oiling those bis too. looks stupid when you're no longer anatomically correct. either that or pump up the tris too. oh, and the forearms too. don't think the oliva patented over head shot helps his cause.

if noticeable changes in an athletes physique can occur over an hour or two; just imagine what ruhl could do in a weeks time.
