Has anyone heard anything about this new supplement called "Vertex?" I've been hearing some good buzz about it so far. What do you guys think/heard? The only downside I've seen so far is that you have to take 8 pills within an hour before working out!

Haha, buy in bulk and save some SERIOUS cash.  The formula looks like a third of the formula of Ragnarok (http://"http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ms/rag.html"), which I can vouch is the BEST preWO supp there is and it's certainly A LOT cheaper than Vertex.  You can also buy Axis Smash (http://"http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/1261/smash.html") which also kicks much ass.  Both company's Blue Raz is fantastic  :)
