His once-amazing delts are starting to lose their flair. He's beginning to look rather lumpy but maybe that's just Flexonline's photos. From the back he's looking poor and not even top ten material.

Ruhl is the best plain and simple. Wolf is very good, the rest is a bunch of pussies

Ruhl is huge, but that's about it.  His structure sucks, and his muscles have no seperation or detail to them, just ugly slabs of meat.  He has the same look as Coleman this year.

holding tons of water. shitty, ugly abs, no triceps, glute/hams tie in is invisible...needed to lose at least 5 pounds more fat and a couple pounds of water.
