haha i was just about to post this.  when he leans over and lets his gut out, it looks like hes hiding twins in there.  eeeeew!

Besides his arms his biggest muscle might be his obliques. Needs to lose about 15lbs and he will be better.

It looks like he's carrying triplets, too bad it really detracts from the rest of his physique..
