1) how many days should i train abs iv been doing it every other day and sometimes i can get more out and somtimes i cant.....what do you guys do
2) if you work on abs alot is it just going to burn the fat at your stomache much or is that mostly gonna be cardio and diet

I train abs at the end of my workout 3 times a week so about everyother day.  I heard that you can basically train abs everyday but I perfer to do them everyother day.  I would also like to hear some other peoples advice or any information they know on this aswell.

1.2-3 days max.

2. abs are like another muscle group the more you train it  more it'll grow. remember, you hit abs on  every movement you do.

LOL. You have no clue here. Abs are one of those body parts with self-limiting gains. Studies have shown little or no gain/benefit after 4-6 weeks ie. once your abs are up to speed, a set perday/2nd day is all that is needed for upkeep. Want a six-pack? It's found in your kitchen.

its not found in the cardio?? so your saying afer training abs hard for 4 to 6 weeks they dont respond to that training and you need to drop it to twice a week?

if you want sharper abs: loose fat via caloric restriction and/or cardio (  = create a caloric deficit)..and work your abs a couple of times per week. its not more complicated than that.

twice a week, weighted, does the trick for me
