Not at all. Bodybuilding has plenty of gay surrounding it as it is so gay activity by some of the fans/competitors is to be expected. Being gay has become acceptable (depending who you ask) abusing animals never will be. Also the fan base of bodybuilding is so small compared to the NFL that even if people did complain about DA it wouldn't matter.

Heh, I introduced myself. I was rather excited to see the infamous Derrick Anthony.
He confused me for someone else who has been sending him rude PM's and wanted to fight. I was actually really surprised. Caught off guard. So said I don't fight and don't know how to (other than nut-kicking). He said he didn't want to talk about it when I tried explaining to him that I never PM'ed him (I keep nearly all my "sent" PM's - just for cases like this), and that I was more or less a fence-sitter on his deal. But the more I pushed, the more he put his head down and said he didn't want to talk to be about it.
So I walked away - flabberghasted, and a bit disappointed he wouldn't try working it out with me. Or believe me.
Odd guy. Paranoid. 7th grade mentality. Left a great impression: so, rather than me saying he's a cool guy in person, I guess I'll say he is just as crazy in real life as he is online.
He said he did respect me for actually coming up to him. My life is now complete -- Derrick Anthony respects me.
Oh, one thing I think you all might find interesting is that he did admit (before he realized who he thought I was ??? ) that all the stuff he posts is his marketing. Heh, then that's when he got mad because he said I was ruining his marketing. Guess now I'll help make that happen. ;)

Derek Anthony is a child but harmless the guy would have never hit you he is still living the daydream of a rough neighboorhood in the Bronx, lol I can imagine how flabberghasted you must have been. :)
The worse thing you can do is to take him serious and have an adult conversation with him, the guy may be ok if you like to go out and party for one night only but after that a "friendship "(if that is possible) with Derek must be pretty challenging.

Let us not forget back in Columbus, Ohio when SpecialEd and I did some field work for MD and had to report back and forth to their booth where Derek was stationed at. Okay? Now around that time I always took a jab at Derek and held a 'prank call' campaign when his cell phone number was posted. You all remember? It was around that time he was sending me numerous PM's threatening to kill me, my dog and my mom. Right?
At the ASC...I introduce myself as 'BlockHead' from getbig. Derek laughs, pats my back and shakes my hand. We both chat about the yahoo's and knuckleheads on here. He told me he loves to mess around on here. That was basically it.
It was the MONDAY after the ASC. I get 2 PM's from Derek telling me how lucky I was he didn't kick my ass and next time he's going to do it and I better duck him and I'm dead if I ever come to NYC.
