While flying to Detroit I grabbed the latest MD to read on the plane $6.99 (ouch)

warm up: 75lb DB X 10
working: 105 to 115db 4 set x 10reps
Flat bench flyes
105lb db 4 set x10 reps
incline flyes

sounds like a younger vince taylor...he used to use some baby weights back in the day
but he wasn't "natural" so its understandable...anyways amazing genetics

With the exception of the 75 lbs db flys (I go up to 60)...that would be the wieght I throw around.

believe me most guys waste wayyyy to much time in the gym. one should blast out a workout in 40mins tops.

I agree.
My workouts are intense and short. Usually 35 to 45 minutes. The only one which takes a little longer is legs.

hahahaa, it's pretty easy to take 45 seconds between sets when you're inclining 185 and squatting 275. ::)
