Not really a fan of carlin, this made sense. Are math skills that bad in America?

I don't know about the public schools outside of my city but, here they're absolutely terrible.

I've been to Public School, Private Christian School, and a Charter School.

The Charter School and Private School were amazingly advanced compared to the Public School.
