that's not even the good one, there's one where he's so lean that it looks like the muscle is going to come out of the skin and his quads look like they were sliced with a sword.

You post a shot of Fox as some short of proof he has a better side triceps shot and it shows NO separation of the sidehead of the triceps lol and whats Fox 210 pounds there? Sorry slick Yates is 260 pounds and his complete from head to toe , Demayo can stand with Yates in this shot but he didn't at the 1995 Mr Olympia

It is wierd how Yates tricep looks outstanding when he hits this pose, but kinda ordinary when he hits a DB or any other pose highlighting the triceps. I know him from the gym and often see him around, and triceps was never something that popped out to me IRL, you tend to look more at how big his traps or shoulders look pumped. He did pose very well.
I think the heroin addict is a close second after Yates.
