i had an asian friend who was 130lbs and he got shitty ass weight gainer that had 1200 calories per serving
and this guy used to drink it after a 30 minute jog around the block...lmao
the funny thing is..he didn't gain a pound. i dont know if thats a blessing or a curse

lmao. I remember that if you followed the serving instructions on the Weider weightgainer...it would only last you like one week!
And the stuff is like 40 dollars a bottle. ::)
3-4 heaping scoops a day or some shit...mixed with milk.
Maybe it's all the milk you have to drink to submerge 4 scoops that causes the weight gain.

i do take whey protein for sure ,but prefer to have solid food for my carbs+fats, actually i make my own weight gainer using banannas, olive oil, milk, peanut butter ,...........
