Yes the simple fear of ever stepping on a stage looking like that is enough to fast for weeks.

Training harder isn't going to make a difference.  "Stimulate don't annihilate" - Lee Haney.  You're trying to make up for insecurities with your training.

Every year is different, last year I diet down until I had abs this year is fucked, I made a big mistake to dirty bulk for the first time last year Christmas time, I even posted images of all the Hagen Daaz ice Cream I eat per day :D :D
This year all my fat is around the waist and especially on the back of the waist it's hard to get rid off but I'm nearly there again...but I admit this year was super hard I don't think I will ever bulk again fuck that I don't need to be fuggin huge.

Hard is relative.....for me it`s   "enough to stimulate, and less to overtrain"

always working progressive with a given Training-Programm. Starting out "not all out" (but also not to easy), and than gradually keep the intensity up over a period of 5-8 Weeks, until i reach a plateau (can`t improve for longer than 1 week, than it`s time to take a short rest and starting out with a new programm).

Bodybuilding it`s not easy, but indeed there are other sports like triathlon, bycycle-racing, .....which are a bit harder.
