hows it goin,
just need some input. I weighed 286 about a year and a half ago and I got sick of looking like shit (I was always somewhat in shape until about '02, guess I started geting lazy) anyway, I've been bustin my ass and am down to 196 and I just started lifting. any input on diet, what I should be lifting ect... would be helpful.
