I have always made my best overall gains training no more than 3 or at most 4 days week.
Any others have this experience and why?

4 days is best, Chest and calves Day 1, Quads/Hamstrings Day 2, Back Day 3, Shoulders/Triceps Day 4.

The statement is too general but that said 3 or 4 days allows for optimum recovery and rest, which as a natural is essential.
