i hadn't been to a trader joes in a long time cause there was a costco so close to me where i used to live. but since moving i've had to decide between the regular markets...ralphs, albertsons, gelsons, vons, etc. then i drove by a trader joes and stopped in... well i ended up spending about $150 and got as much shit or more than i would have got at costco, and its all bodybuilding friendly....lots of fiber, protein, minimal sugar...everything tastes fucking awesome and it was also cheap as shit. this store is amazing. some examples.
32 oz nonfat plain yogurt, 2.49
32 oz nonfat cottage cheese 3.49
homemade chicken burritos (2) 3.29
chicken enchiladas (2) 1.49 (unreal price)
chicken stirfry (chicken and vegetables) 3.69
flax/fiber cereal 2.50
iced green/white tea (no sugar or sweeteners) 1 gallon 3.00
frozen pizza with everthing on it 3.99
the meat and produce prices arent as good as costco but for everything ready made its unbeatable. i highly recommend it.

TJ’s has plenty of organic foods, but not all (or most) are.

What about FREE range chicken? You know what I mean, without all the preservatives/horomones and such?

Quit fooling yourself with the Cuck Shaw. Stuff is rotgut. If you're going to drink wine at least shell out 15 bucks for a semi decent bottle.

My other half does all the shopping in my house, and he only goes to Trader Joe's. I had to go with him the first few times to show him what I like, but now he is well trained and comes home with good edibles. He loves his Trader Joe's. Once in a while I will sneak off to Safeway behind his back to buy Kellog's Frosted Flakes or some other treats but otherwise we have a kitchen stocked with Trader Joe's. Occasionally, he goes to Whole Foods too.

LOL that's wine's excellent value, the price and quality. I've invested my $3 today to bring a bottle today to the beach to get this girl hammered in fact. I use & endorse this product. 8)

dude this aint harrisburgh , I have to navigate my car around the amish horse n buggies on a dirt road to get to this place!
Its way off the main road about 4 miles deep and its literally in the middle of 1000,s of acres of farmland ... Its nearly impossible to find even with directions, yet the store is always pretty crowded...no credit card, just cash an carry.
theres actually horse an buggies parked right outside!

$2 Charles Shaw is pretty much what everyone I know drinks everyday.
I like Trader Joes...but some things drive me nuts like the aisle are too narrow.
It's also where I get my Buffalo burger patties
