Hey guys...
Not sure if I should post this here, but you all have been nice to me this far, so I thought, why not ;)...

If you can get up early enough tomorrow...tune into MTV at 11am EST - show is "SuperMade"!!!
I am the featured fitness coach. Insane, but cute it is...

Just an FYI for those of you who AREN'T hung over Sunday am ;)

I caught about 10 minutes of this show a few weeks ago.

Alicia tries to help a white trash family get in shape.

The show is a good example of how little the typical American knows about health, fitness and nutrition.

Alicia, on the other hand, looks great. That picture doesn't even do her justice.
