those pics don't really do him justice, the vascularity runs all over his arms and back. Pretty f'ing crazy close up in person

Why is he at the gym?? Take some friggen time off Hide.. Working out this week aint going to do much for the 08 season.

the weeks after your show is when you'll make your best gains of the year in alot of cases, if you do it right and stay as focused in the gym and at the table as you were leading up to it.

bust your ass until you feel that you have manipulated your rebound to the fullest, then take some time off, but dont miss out on the rebound.
