Not sure how old this photo is...

McJeff take note, it looks like that split in his abs along the linea alba, developed during the course of his career.

Dennis won the 2005 IFBB World Amateur Championships, where the rules require 3 years drug free.  Amazing what he's been able to accomplish with just 2 years of performance enhancing drugs.  ::)

On a seperate note, It is weird that he's had that Abdominal Hernia for so long.  Don't you need to get those repaired to lift heavy?

so yeah even relaxed the gap is noticeable.  I wonder if this makes the abdominal wall more susceptible to further hernias.

Not really I have a friend that has one hernia right on top of upper ab, about same size as Wolf , he's been lifting heavy with no problem...he doesn't want to get that checked....it only hurts when he press against it.

no, i had mine for some 15 years and could always lift heavy, got it fixed last year when it finally hurt for the first time ever.
