I don't know but I would probably guess 14-18%
I carry most of my fat as IAF...as they say that is the last to go and the first to come :(

You're not obese... your bf% is far lower than Squadfather... but you're on the fat side for someone who works out.

IAF? If youre talking about VAT, Visceral Adipose Tissue, the fat around organs, its usually the first to go.

dude, from the looks of your body you are a young guy. With that said I would advise not to get caught up in the numbers. More than likely you will never compete. Work out for the fun it, eat moderately and enjoy life.
if you want to drop a few pounds, cut out the snacking, minimum liquor, cut back on the carbs and mix in some cardio, 20 minutes after your work out.
whenever I think about going to the gym twice a day or getting up early for AM cardio I have to remind myself that I am not a bodybuilder and should focus on other things

Yeah, I am not really concerned with being big. I just want to be lean and fit looking. I have always been kind of "soft".

You honestly don't have enough muscle to be "ripped." You can be lean or skinny...don't worry about it. Train, eat 200 grams of protein every single day for a year, get some color and then post new pics.

Don't forget boys anything above twelve the picture will work against you. I say 16-17 with calipers. If using one of those b.s. bodyfat scales then you will be 25-28.

yorue guessing right you are at 15-17% but since you have no muscle to report it looks 18-20%,,in the doc office you will mesure 15-16% but since there is no muscle build up it is hard to see that youre not all water and fat,,train hard and you will bve able to show those 15%
