Honour won easily as I predicted .....anyone else arguing should understand what bb is all about : Honour AT  150 lbs or whatever he weighs looks more muscular than waddy at 225 . Way to go and be smart Honour.

  PS : we should train legs together ...

  Honour does look good but where is the line drawn on conditioning. What about muscle?
