I was at the gym doing flatdumbell bech presses. I got to set number 4 and had 110's, on the 5 rep i felt my right pec tear, i dropped the weight, and there was pain and it's till there, it feels like my chest is flexed and wont relax, and i cant lift my arm over my head. I looked at my chest it doesnt look bruised, but this is fresh,it happened about an hour ago. The personnel treainer said i prolly didnt warm up good, whcih is a possibilty, my stupid mistake. I keep feeling like my gym days are over. Anyone plz help. tell me what i should do.

1st question...are you white or light skinned
2nd question..did it change funky colors....
and it wasnt from not warming up....

my pec tear turned black/blue few days after the injury
ice it down go see a doctor right away
