wrong.....muscle does not bloat the abdomen (it actually makes it tighter) IAF causes distension, and the fact that Heath's gut isn't considered worse is obsurd, it just shows how far we have sunk.

That is part of the point dumb ass, the fact any kind of distension is considered good and better then most is horrible. Back in as close as the mid 90's about everyone could do a vacuum and had very flat tight mid sections, now even smaller guys have guts.
