Not just any recipes, but BRUTAL recipes for IRON BEASTS!!!!
I'll start with my own fave from the old days. (It's kinda white trash)
Tabasco Burgers
- Take a massive helping of ultra low fat lean ground sirloin and shape into patty (a pound or so)
Fry in a non-stick pan with no oil ;D
After the first side is cooked flip over and apply non-fat cheese slice (American is best)
Smother burger and cheese with MASSIVE amounts of Tabasco sauce
Cover and let fake cheese and Tobasco chemically bond in a delicious ooze
Make sure your house is well aerated, toxic Tabasco fumes will burn you eyes and skin. :D
Remove from heat and eat with two whole grain slices of rye bread.

i would advise you to stick to yer current diet but....before every meal eat a double cheeseburger from Mcdonalds......now yer lookin at 26.6 g protein there b4 u even eat ur meal.....
what u think of that sweetcheeks?

Venice Shoreline crack
*Mix an 8-ball of cheap coke with a pinch of baking soda
*Pour mixture into a small glass vessel
*Add a little cold H2O & a cube or two of ice to the vessel
*Swirl the mixture around until a little pea-sized piece of crack is floating in the bottom
*Remove crack from vessel, let dry throughly and smoke
*Enjoy
