The first step of improving your mind is to free yourself of any unnecessary muscle tension. Excess anxiety hampers and makes
your physical moves more difficult. The objective is to get relaxed and loose.
Take about 5 minutes a day for a week to learn how to loosen up. Lay on your bed with back down with loose,
comfortable clothes and no shoes.

When I was a teenager, I was on a hike in the forest and came across a heard of long horn cattle. As I approached, three bulls separated from the herd and trotted towards me! I stood my ground and they stopped thirty feet in front of me.
I did have to walk all the way around the herd, but I can always look back and know what courage I am able to muster! :D

Very Very good suggestion. wish there were more threads like this. Everyday, I take about an hour for myself.
